The ongoing election campaign in Ukraine is not able to stop the split in the Ukrainian society and will make the country even more disintegrated, Spokesperson of Russia’s Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said.
“One of the factors that are having a negative effect on the campaign is the law on local elections, which is fragmentary and contrary to some of Kiev’s obligations to the OSCE,” Zakharova said.
She said that the Normandy Four foreign ministers might meet the following week. “The time and the venue will be specified later,” she said.
