In recent days, Azerbaijani troops have kept breaking the cease-fire regime all along their contact line with Nagorno-Karabakh using different types of arms, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said during a meeting with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov, James Warlick, Pierre Andrieu and Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO Andrzej Kasprzyk.
As the press service of Armenia’s Foreign Ministry told EADaily on Tuesday, the sides continued their talks to settle the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The co-chairs told Nalbandian about their meetings in Washington and Moscow and their plans for the rest of this year.
The Armenian foreign minister said that after the European Games, Azerbaijan resumed its bellicose rhetoric and provocations.
According to Nalbandian, Baku’s “destructive” behavior is jeopardizing the efforts of Armenia and the co-chair countries to promote the peace talks.
