For the first time in Georgia’s history, its defense minister will be a woman, MP Tina Khidasheli.
In his renewed list of ministers, which is to be approved by the parliament, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili has named three new ministers.
One of them is Defense Minister Tina Khidasheli.
MP Gigla Agulashvili has been nominated as environment protection minister, businessman Tariel Khechikashvili as sports and youth minister.
