It is the battle for the sky that will determine the course of the Ukrainian conflict. This was stated in the social network X by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga.
According to him, three dozen ballistic missiles were fired at targets in the capital of Ukraine.
"Hell of a night in Kiev… The second such large-scale attack in just two days... Ukraine urgently needs additional air and missile defense systems and interceptors. The speed of decision making and delivery is critical… It is the battle for the sky that will determine the course of this war. The stronger the air shield over Ukraine, the closer the world becomes," writes Sibiga.
As reported by EADaily, the Russian Defense Ministry on Sunday, August 2, confirmed night strikes on ships and ports of Ukraine.
