"An improvised explosive device exploded in a restaurant on Kudrinskaya Square in Moscow. One of the three victims in a restaurant in the center of Moscow is a security guard who did not let a woman carrying an explosive device into the restaurant. The third person killed in the explosion at a restaurant on Kudrinskaya Square was one of the restaurant's patrons, the NAC reported.

As a result of the explosion, 21 people were injured.
