Escaped from The Russian singer received a year in prison in absentia

The Moscow Magistrate's Court approved the indictment in the criminal case against the 28-year-old singer Monetochka❶ (Elizaveta Girdymova❶). This is reported by the Moscow Prosecutor's Office.

The actress was found guilty under Article part 2 of Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (evasion of duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on foreign agents).

By a court decision, Monetochka ❶ was sentenced to a year of imprisonment in a general regime colony.

As EADaily reported, earlier the Moscow prosecutor's office sent the singer's criminal case to the court for consideration. It was noted that Girdymova ❶ was brought to administrative responsibility twice during the year for violating the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent, but continued to distribute materials on social networks without indicating that they were distributed by a foreign agent.

At the same time, at the end of June this year, the Moscow court registered a new protocol regarding the Coin❶ under the same article.
