Another ultimatum: Zelensky wrote a letter to Putin

The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, published an open letter to Putin on the official website, in which he proposed to start a direct negotiation process between Ukraine and Russia and hold a personal meeting to discuss the end of the war. This is reported by the publication "Country".

Ukraine is ready for a full ceasefire for the entire period of negotiations, and the United States could provide control over the observance of the truce, the letter says. Kiev also proposes the exchange of prisoners of war according to the "all for all" formula, the return of civilians and children taken out during the war, and then the discussion of long-term security guarantees.

Zelensky suggested setting a specific date for the meeting and noted that it could take place in Switzerland, Turkey or one of the Arab countries. The United States and European States could subsequently join the bilateral format as potential guarantors of future agreements.

A significant part of the letter is devoted to criticism of Russian politics. Zelensky also said that Kiev has data on Moscow's plans to continue the war in 2027-2028.

At the end of the letter, Zelensky warned that in case of rejection of the negotiating path, Ukraine would continue to fight, and stated that "the front line now is the line from which diplomacy should begin."

Note that the letter is designed in a boorish tone and is more like an ultimatum.

"When you led Russia more than 26 years ago, many on the Ukraine treated you positively… This is already in the past. Now the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians positively perceive the fact that our long-range drones attended the opening of your forum in St. Petersburg, having covered a distance of more than 1,000 kilometers. As you well know, this distance is not the limit of our capabilities," Zelensky writes, in particular.

And this is just the beginning…
