And if it is cheap, massive and permanent, it will at least be a good picture for the same Chinese, the same Americans: "Here, we are still capable of something," Lutsenko said.
He also suggested that Russia could start striking at the government quarter, the Bank or the state residence of Vladimir Zelensky in Koncha-Zaspa.
