The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, issued a decree "On holding a parade in Moscow." This is reported by the publication "Country".
The publication notes that in this way Zelensky decided to troll Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The document says that on May 9, 2026, Ukraine "allows a parade to be held" in Moscow.
"During the parade (from 10 a.m. Kyiv time on May 9, 2026), the territorial square of Red Square should be excluded from the plan for the use of Ukrainian weapons," the document says.
It is noted that the decree comes into force from the moment of signing.
As reported by EADaily, Russia agreed to the initiative of US President Donald Trump on a truce from May 9 to 11. This was stated by Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.
In addition, according to him, an exchange of prisoners with Ukraine will be carried out according to the "thousand for a thousand" formula.
