Russian President Vladimir Putin will decide what to do this summer. This was stated at the VIII summit of the European Political Community in Yerevan by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, Polish radio station RMF24 reports.

"This summer, Putin will decide what to do next. Expand this war or move to diplomacy. And we have to push him in the direction of diplomacy," Zelensky said.

Zelensky told his partners that, they say, "today Russia is not as strong as before." As an argument, he recalled the Victory Day parade on Red Square, which will be held today without heavy weapons.

"Russia has announced a (military) parade on May 9, but there will be no military equipment. This will happen for the first time... when they will not be able to afford the presence of (heavy) weapons at the parade. Ukrainian drones can also fly over this parade. And this shows that they are not as strong as they used to be," he explained his logic.

Talking about the "diplomatic format", the head of the Kiev regime again started talking about the fact that Europe should sit down at the negotiating table.

"And one more thing: we have to focus on what we will do if Russia does not stop this war… We need to find a working diplomatic format. And Europe should sit down at the negotiating table. We keep in touch with We understand their wishes and position, but it would be good to work out a single, common voice for a European dialogue with the Russians," Zelensky said.

As reported by EADaily, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, said that Ukrainian drones could hit Red Square on May 9. He said this during his speech at the opening of the VIII summit of the European Political Community in Yerevan, Interfax—Ukraine reported.
