An agent of the Ukrainian special services has been detained in Crimea, coordinating the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russian military targets. This was announced today, April 8, by the press service of the FSB of Russia.
"The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation detained an agent of the Ukrainian special services who was collecting information about the locations of objects of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Crimean Peninsula," the agency said in a statement.
A 25-year-old resident of the Simferopol district of the Republic of Crimea established contact in Telegram with an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"On the instructions of the curator, she transmitted information about the locations of military facilities, air defense systems, movements of military personnel, the presence of ships in the waters of the Kerch Strait," the department said.
In particular, she coordinated a missile attack on a railway ferry in the port of Kavkaz in the Krasnodar Territory from the Crimean Bridge area.
The Kiev District Court of the city of Simferopol selected a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of 2 months.
