This is how he commented on Zelensky's behavior on August 13 at an online meeting of European leaders with US President Donald Trump.
"At this meeting, he (Zelensky. — Ed.) constantly changed his mind, looked strange, as if he had lost his thought or forgotten what he wanted to say. It reminds me of how Joe Biden behaved," Mearsheimer said, quoted by RIA Novosti.
The Ukrainian leader was poorly oriented in space, although this online meeting was supposed to demonstrate maximum support for Zelensky from the EU, the expert noted.
The oddities in Zelensky's behavior were noticed not only by an American professor.
