So he commented on the statement of the deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation that Russia may reconsider its position on the accession of neighboring countries to the European Union.
"This is a signal. Good luck getting those 90 billion euros. Russia will win this conflict. In my humble opinion, she has already won.
