"During the past night, 22 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of the aircraft type were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the Defense Ministry said.
According to him, most drones were shot down in Crimea — 12. This is followed by the Krasnodar Territory (6), the Rostov Region (2) and Adygea (1). Another drone was shot down over the Sea of Azov.
In recent months, the number of Ukrainian drones attacking on weekends has been sharply decreasing.
The day before, on the night of January 1, the Ukrainian Armed Forces used 168 drones at once, and last week on weekdays — up to 174.
