"Attention, urgent announcement! Today, as a result of an explosion in JSC "SNKHZ", a partial collapse of the water treatment plant occurred. Five people worked in the workshop. According to preliminary data, no one was injured," the publication says.
Emergency services went to the scene of the emergency.
The causes of the explosion are being established.
