In Russia, they commented on the words of Chairman Kim Jong-un, who earlier announced that the DPRK had a new secret weapon as part of building up the republic's defense potential.
The corresponding comment on this issue was voiced to RIA Novosti by the editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine Igor Korotchenko.
He suggested that North Korea's secret weapon could be the means of delivering nuclear weapons. The expert recalled the achievements of the DPRK in the creation of nuclear missile technologies.
"We can assume that these are either new developments in the form of means of delivering nuclear warheads to enemy territory, or we can talk about strategic autonomous systems — air, underwater, and also sea—based drones," the specialist admitted.
As EADaily reported, Comrade Kim made a statement about the appearance of a new secret weapon in Pyongyang, speaking at the XIII session of the People's Assembly (parliament) of the DPRK of the fourteenth convocation.
