"We can produce some types of weapons — and these are modern weapons — in much larger volumes than we can finance ourselves, and we already have certain types of weapons in a much larger volume than we really need today. According to the Ukrainian leader, first of all, weapons will be delivered to the front, second to the arsenals of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and only "the third priority is such a controlled export."
