"Trump announced a decorative ultimatum to the Kremlin. The world shuddered, waiting for the consequences. The belligerent European Union is disappointed. Russia did not notice him," Medvedev stated.
The recording was left in English. So far, this is the only official reaction of Moscow to threats from Washington.
As EADaily reported, on the eve of Donald Trump announced that he would impose secondary sanctions on Russia and its trading partners if a "deal on Ukraine" was not concluded within about 50 days.
