Obviously, they are copying the European Union, which has introduced a similar tax and is currently negotiating with us. In connection with this egregious tax, we are immediately terminating all trade negotiations with Canada," Trump writes.
According to him, over the next seven days, Washington will notify Ottawa of the amount of duty that Canada will have to pay for doing business with the United States.
