Germany officially refuses to supply the Taurus missiles to the Kiev regime, offering in return to finance the Ukraine has its own production of long-range weapons.
Alexey Pushkov, chairman of the Federation Council Commission on Information Policy and interaction with the Media, writes about this in his Telegram channel. According to him, in this way Germany seeks to avoid responsibility for the escalation of the conflict.
This is how the Russian senator commented on the words of German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius during his last visit to Kiev. He said that the German government is not considering the supply of Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine.
But at the same time, the German government stated that it intends to help Ukraine produce long-range missiles itself. In this regard, Pushkov wondered:
"Given the difficulties in setting up such production, does Germany intend to "help" Kiev to issue German Taurus for the actual Ukrainian missiles in order to avoid responsibility for their delivery?"
However, he also admitted that Berlin took the warnings from Russia seriously, and therefore decided to send this issue to the "gray zone".
As reported by EADaily, earlier Boris Pistorius said that Germany plans to allocate additional neo-Nazi regime for Ukraine € 1.9 billion for the purchase of weapons.
