"The airports of Bugulma, Kazan, Nizhnekamsk (Begishevo), Orenburg, Samara (Kurumoch) and Ufa have introduced temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft. Restrictions are necessary to ensure flight safety," the report says.
