The Russian delegation headed by Presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky left a hotel in Istanbul, a TASS correspondent reports. The start of negotiations is expected at 13.00 local time (coincides with Moscow time) at the Chiragan Palace.
In addition to Medinsky, the Russian team included Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Igor Kostyukov and Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin. The composition of the Russian side has not changed after the first round, which took place in Istanbul on May 16.
