What is happening in Romania today can hardly be called elections, and Russia has nothing to do with it. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
So she commented on the passage of the Romanian Foreign Ministry that "signs of Russian interference were detected in the second round of the presidential elections."
"First of all, I would ask you not to call IT an election. Secondly, it is impossible to intervene in such a situation, only to get into it. So let no one be smeared with their electoral. Wash yourself!"— Zakharova writes in her telegram channel.
As EADaily reported, signs of "Russian interference" during the second round of the presidential election were recorded in Romania. This was stated in the social network X by the representative of the country's Foreign Ministry, Andrei Tsernya.
