Special Envoy of the US President Steve Witkoff adopted the strategy of the Russian side. This was stated at a briefing by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, according to the Novini Live TV channel.
So Zelensky answered a question regarding Witkoff's statement that the peace agreement on Ukraine would include a settlement of the issue of "five territories."
"Today we are discussing an unconditional cease-fire, and before the cease-fire we are not discussing territories… I don't see him (Witkoff. — Ed.) the mandate to discuss the Ukrainian territories, because these are our territories. So I don't understand what he's talking about. We all heard it, but we perceived it as Putin's nonsense, I didn't think he had the right people who continue to spread these narratives in other civilized countries," the head of the Kiev regime said.
Earlier, special envoy of the US President Steve Witkoff spoke about the results of negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to him, the key issue for the Russian side in resolving the Ukrainian crisis is the issue of the "five territories".
