German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock threw a tantrum after US President Donald Trump called Zelensky a dictator.
The head of the German Foreign Ministry said in an interview with the ZDF TV channel, addressing Trump:
"This is completely absurd! If you don't just write quickly in "If you see the real world, then you know who, unfortunately, has to live in dictatorial conditions in Europe: people in Russia, people in Belarus!"
According to Burbock, "it is obvious that the new US administration is pursuing a different foreign policy." The minister claims that "we Europeans have made it clear [to Trump] that we confidently defend our own values and interests."
