The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, published a video with the first prisoners from North Korea and offered the DPRK leader a deal.
"Ukraine is ready to hand over his people to Kim Jong-un if he can arrange their exchange for our soldiers held captive in Russia," Zelensky writes in his telegram channel.
He also promised "other ways" for those soldiers who do not want to return to North Korea.
"In particular, such an opportunity will be available to those Koreans who express a desire to bring peace closer by spreading the truth about this war in Korea," the "overdue" Ukrainian president emphasized.
