The medium-range missile "Oreshnik" caused "new shock waves" in Ukraine. "The feelings that people have become different. Uncertainty. Exhaustion. Despair," writes Ronzheimer.
The journalist believes that pessimistic moods reign in Kiev. He called the current atmosphere in the city a "toxic mixture" and noted that "uncertain, possibly existentially important weeks and months" await Ukraine and Europe ahead.
