The team of US President-elect Donald Trump is preparing a large-scale military operation "Shock and Awe" at the US border to deport migrants and fight drug cartels. Political scientist Malek Dudakov drew attention to this in his telegram channel.

He explains that Trump wants to use the "Foreign Enemies Act" of 1798, under which illegal immigrants and cartel members will be brought.

"The document gives broad powers to arrest and expel people. It was on the basis of this act that the internment of 120 thousand Japanese was carried out. Now we are talking about the arrests of millions of migrants who entered the United States illegally during the years of Joe Biden's presidency," he said.

As the political scientist emphasizes, the Trump team wants to use the army, the National Guard and the police to organize raids on large farms and enterprises where illegal immigrants may be involved. The migrant ethnic mafia, which has flooded the United States and terrifies traditional American crime, will also come under attack. She even pushes black gangs in Chicago and other metropolitan areas.

There are promises to declare war on the cartels in Mexico. Trump's advisers propose launching missile strikes on opioid production laboratories. And also to use the US navy to launch a naval blockade — with inspections of all ships coming from Mexico, for the presence of drugs that kill 100,000 Americans annually, he writes.

"True, relations with Mexico, and so problematic, will then deteriorate completely. The cartels will retaliate by launching a guerrilla war against American border guards. The flow of refugees from the north of Mexico may even increase. Well and Washington will have to withdraw troops from other external directions — once a new front opens near the US border," the expert concluded.
