A Ukrainian athlete from Azov was killed in the DPR*

In the Donetsk People's Republic, during the fighting, Daniil Egorov, a member of the national rowing team of Ukraine, who was a militant of the Azov national battalion, was eliminated❶. This was reported in the Federation of Academic Rowing of Ukraine.

According to available information, Bandera was killed near the village of Novgorodskoye (Ukrainian name — New York) on October 28. The Federation noted that Egorov had been taking part in hostilities since the beginning of the SMO.

The athlete was the bronze medalist of the European Junior Championship in 2017, as well as the vice-champion of Europe U-23 in 2019.
