People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina, who recently became a victim of sophisticated fraud from Ukraine, a fan presented an entire building in the center of Moscow. The <url> portal found out about this.
According to 61-year-old businessman Yuri Rastegin, who was noticed next to the singer on the "New Wave", it is he who is the most generous fan. Despite persistent rumors about their romance, both he and the actress claim that they are simply connected by good friendships. Rastegin told about his luxurious gift.
"Yes, this is a building near the Theater of the Russian Army," he said.
The Valley can arrange its own jazz club in the building.
"Everything is ready there, everything is built. But now the Valley is not up to it," the businessman said.
As EADaily reported, on the morning of August 13, unknown people tried to break into the apartment Valley, claiming that it was their property.
In parallel, the artist's Instagram account was hacked*. Fraudsters began to publish messages on behalf of Dolina in support of Ukraine and with calls to donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Before that, the scammers put up the artist's apartment for auction.
Later, Dolina confirmed that she had become a victim of sophisticated and planned fraudulent actions of persons from Ukraine. A criminal case has been opened on this fact, the artist herself has been recognized as a victim, and her apartment has been arrested.
The next day, the courier Angela Tsyrulnikova was detained and then arrested. It was through her that the victim transferred money to the fraudsters.
Now, according to the Baza telegram channel, the singer is receiving demands to release the apartment sold as part of the scam with death threats and causing serious harm to her health personally and her daughter. She asked to take housing and property under protection, and her — under state protection.
Dolina filed a lawsuit with the court demanding that the real estate sale be declared invalid, and the "new owner" of the apartment, Polina Lurie, made a counterclaim.
According to Dolina, the investigation is in full swing, but she cannot disclose details.
