Yesterday's offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region, which turned out to be unexpected for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, should entail serious decisions. This was stated by the Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin.
"Logically, very serious — key — decisions should be made now. Of course, practice does not always coincide with logic, but sooner or later logic catches up. The invasion of Kursk is still something unprecedented. And it's impossible to pretend that nothing special happened."
As EADaily reported, on the eve of a meeting of heads of law enforcement agencies with President Vladimir Putin, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov reported that on August 6, a grouping of up to one thousand people went on the offensive to seize a section of the territory of the Sudzhinsky district of the Kursk region. At the same time, Gerasimov promised that the operation would be completed by the defeat of the Armed Forces formations and the exit of Russian forces to the state border of the Russian Federation.
