The Ada-class corvette of the Ukrainian Navy "Hetman Ivan Vygovsky" was launched in Istanbul, Turkey. This is reported by the telegram channel "Observer".
"This corvette is the second of two Ada—class ships ordered for Ukraine. The first one, Hetman Ivan Mazepa, is already being tested in Turkey and will be part of the Ukrainian Navy this year," TK writes.
It is noted that both ships are designed to carry out patrol and convoy service, anti-submarine and air defense of naval bases and bases.
