Kiev redeploys tanks to its contact line with Lugansk self-defenders

On Mar 25, contrary to the Minsk agreements, the Kiev authorities redeployed several tanks to the territory of Kondrashovka, a village located on their contact line with the self-defenders of Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR).

A representative of the LPR People’s Militia specifies that they have noticed three tanks entering the territory of Kondrashovka (just 10km away from Lugansk)

“This is a gross violation of point 2 of the complex of measures to implement the Minsk agreements. I meant the point stipulating withdrawal of heavy weapons from the contact line and creation of a 50-140 km wide security zone,” says the source.

On Mar 21, the LPR Defense Ministry registered growth in Ukrainian troops all along the contact line. Defense Ministry official Eduard Basurin said that the number of soldiers and national guards deployed along the contact line has been increased - due mostly to newly conscripted young people, who have been sent to Donbass under a false pretext. According to Basurin, all of them have new arms.
