Famous Russian blogger Karina Smolova (nee Istomina) refused to cooperate with men in many areas. She told about this in a video on her TikTok page.
"I don't want to work with stylists and male makeup artists, because I think that another woman will see the beauty of a woman better," she explained.
According to Smolova, she voiced this requirement to her director, which greatly surprised her.
The blogger adheres to a similar rule in the behavioral therapy center she created, "It's easier to cope." She stressed that there are practically no men among the heads of the clinic. Moreover, Smolova tried to work with them, but they always resigned from their posts.
"Do you know at what points they fell off? At difficult moments, when you had to work very hard, when you had to overcome yourself. And then they would say, "I'm sorry, I'm stressed, I can't," she recalls.
