A headache that appears in the morning while waking up may indicate problems with the vascular system.

About this in conversation with the correspondent of the publication Lenta.ru The neurologist, leading specialist of the Medin Medical Center Olga Butenko informed.

"A regular headache in the morning may be the first signal of vascular problems. You should be especially attentive to this problem if dizziness, tinnitus, nausea, flies in front of your eyes or instability when walking appear along with the pain," the doctor warned.

She pointed out that we are not talking about some isolated cases of morning headache, which occurs, for example, after a sleepless night.

However, if a person regularly feels pressure or bursting in his head immediately after waking up, it's not worth writing it off to fatigue every time, the doctor advised.

Butenko added that with a sudden severe headache, urgent medical care is needed. This is especially true in cases where this happened for the first time.

The specialist strongly recommended calling a doctor in cases where the headache is accompanied by weakness in the arm or leg, facial distortion, speech impairment, double vision, vomiting or loss of consciousness.

As EADaily reported, earlier biologist Pavel Glazkov told about what to do when bitten by a poisonous karakurt spider, which are imported to the middle strip from Asian countries along with fruits.
