Tikhanovskaya is going to Kiev, where she is already expected

Instead of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, Ukraine will accept the fugitive Belarusian oppositionist Svetlana Tikhanovskaya. This was stated by the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Andriy Sibiga.

Sibiga commented on Lukashenko's proposal to meet with Zelensky at Ukraine.

"Recently we saw a strange statement by Lukashenka that he is ready to meet and come to Kiev. The Ukrainian side has someone to meet with, and in the near future we are waiting for Tikhanovskaya's visit to Ukraine. Therefore, we have someone to talk to about the whole range of issues," he said.

Earlier, the President of Belarus said that for the sake of resolving the Ukrainian conflict he was ready to meet with Vladimir Zelensky. At the same time in Kiev denies the possibility of such a meeting.
