Ukraine is delivering chaotic strikes against Russia that do not affect Moscow's combat capability. This is stated in a report prepared by the inspectors General of the Pentagon, the State Department and USAID.
The report covers the period from January 1 to March 31 of this year.
"According to American military intelligence, the Ukrainian strikes do not have coordination, high rates and concentration on Russia's critical military infrastructure so that they have an operational or strategic impact on Russia's ability to conduct military operations," the document says, quoted by TASS.
It is noted that the report has been submitted to the US Congress for consideration.
