Europe needs security guarantees from Ukraine. This was stated in the social network X by Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna.
"NATO says not only that we must provide security guarantees to Ukraine, but also that our region needs security guarantees from Ukraine, since Ukraine is now the largest, most effective and experienced military force in our region," Tsakhkna writes, quoted by the Estonian portal Tribuna.ee .
According to the minister, Europe should realize that this is an "opportunity" for it — they say that Ukraine "is now fighting not only for itself," but also gives "time to establish a new European security structure."
As reported by EADaily, Kiev has intelligence that Russia is deliberately sending drones to the Baltic states and Finland. This was stated by the country's Foreign Minister Andrei Sibiga. According to the minister, in this way the Russian Federation is trying to use the incidents "for its own informational purposes, for propaganda purposes."
Recall that Kiev should inform the Baltic countries about drones that have flown into their territory. This was stated by the Vice-Minister of Defense of Lithuania Thomas Godlyauskas, Delfi reported.
