Ukraine is Hungary's enemy. This was announced today, February 13, by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations of Hungary Peter Szijjarto, the Hungarian agency MTI reports.
Earlier, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban made a similar statement, explaining that since Ukraine demands that Brussels ban Budapest from importing Russian energy, it is not even an adversary, but an enemy. After that, the Hungarian Ambassador was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
"Our ambassador was summoned to Kiev and asked how Viktor Orban dares to call Ukraine an enemy of Hungary, despite the fact that Ukrainians are taking new steps every day to prove that Ukraine is actually an enemy of Hungary," Szijjarto said.
He stressed that the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, for political reasons does not allow the resumption of oil transit from Russia via the Druzhba oil pipeline, thus trying to endanger Hungary's energy supply and interfere in the Hungarian elections.
