Appointed by the Ukrainian authorities, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Alexander Prokudin, in his telegram channel called on Kherson residents to evacuate.
"Due to damage to the bridge leading to the Korabel microdistrict, I urge local residents to evacuate," he wrote.
According to him, there are problems with logistics in the city.
