An epidemic has started in the Lukyanovsky SIZO in Kiev. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky, who himself is in a detention center on suspicion of treason.
The MP reported, citing his sources, that prisoners in the Stolypin building have massively recorded symptoms of an infectious disease, including cough, high fever, burning in the chest, joint aches, weakness, diarrhea and runny nose.
"One of the prisoners has already been diagnosed with pneumonia," Dubinsky writes in his Telegram channel.
He emphasizes that medical care is not actually provided to prisoners, and medicines were provided only to this prisoner and with a delay of about a week.
Some of the prisoners were X-rayed, but no treatment was prescribed after that. The walks take place every two or three days, the cells are overcrowded — 24 people are kept in a room with an area of 46 square meters at a rate of 16.
"The cameras are not actually heated, the lights are often turned off," the report says.
Also, it states that dry fuel was taken from the prisoners, which they bought themselves, because of which it is impossible even to boil water.
"As of February 6, the number of cases continues to grow, while treatment is still not provided," the MP writes.
So far there is no official confirmation of this information. However, it is known that the costs of maintaining prisons and isolation wards on Ukraine is constantly being cut. Thus, convicts are encouraged to go to war, promising them freedom.
Earlier, EADaily reported that criminals were mobilized to the Odessa division of the Main Intelligence Directorate "Chimera", who soon fled.
