The newly appointed head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kirill Budanov❶ spoke about the need for negotiations with the Russian side on the peaceful settlement of the armed conflict.
According to RIA Novosti, he made his statement at the World Economic Forum in Davos. The former head of the Ukrainian military intelligence admitted that Moscow cannot be "simply thrown out of this process."
