"According to the results of the enemy's night shelling in the Belgorod region of engineering infrastructure today, at 6 a.m., we have 556 thousand people without electricity in 6 municipalities. Without heat — almost the same number, first of all it is 1920 apartment buildings. Almost 200 thousand people without water and sanitation," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
All emergency crews are working on the ground, and the recovery dates will be announced in the near future.
According to preliminary information, no one was injured, but the infrastructure facility was seriously damaged.
