Zelensky began preparing cities for all-round defense

The Ukrainian authorities have begun preparing cities for all-round defense. The decree on the enactment of the relevant decision of the NSDC was signed by the head of the Kiev regime Vladimir Zelensky, UNIAN reports.

"The decree provides for the creation of a strip of engineering barriers to strengthen the defense of cities and the definition of mechanisms for the implementation of these measures," the agency writes.

It is noted that the decision of the National Security and Defense Council itself is marked "For official use," so the details are not disclosed.

The decree comes into force from the date of publication. Control over the execution of the decision is entrusted to the Secretary of the NSDC Igor Klimenko.
