Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirmed in his Telegram channel that explosions had occurred in Kiev and the Kiev region. According to the mayor, one drone was shot down in Pechersk district, which caused a fire in a government building.
The information is confirmed by Reuters, citing eyewitnesses who report thick smoke above the building.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak also wrote about damage to the roof and upper floors in the building where the office of the Prime Minister of Ukraine and the government meeting room are located.
