The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, is expected to face consequences for undermining the Druzhba pipeline, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said, FEOL reports.
"It was a busy weekend. President Zelensky openly threatened Hungary. He admitted that he blew up Druzhba because we do not support the idea of Ukraine joining the EU. It also shows that Hungarians have made the right decision," the politician said.
The prime minister warned that Zelensky should expect a long series of consequences for a blow to the pipeline infrastructure.
Recently, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Druzhba oil pipeline three times, which stopped supplies to Hungary and Slovakia. The authorities of these republics appealed to the European Commission with a request to guarantee their safety.
In addition, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban complained about Kiev to US President Donald Trump. He replied that he was angry with the actions of the APU.
Zelensky, in turn, joked about this incident.
The Druzhba oil pipeline starts in Almetyevsk, passes through Bryansk and then branches into two sections: north — on the territory of Belarus in the direction of Poland and south — on the territory of Ukraine in the direction of Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic.
Transportation of Russian raw materials to Germany stopped at the beginning of 2023, and in Poland — at the end of February of the same year. The rest of the countries receive oil through the southern branch of the pipeline.
