Impossible requirements: another club in Moscow has announced its closure

One of the leading concert clubs in Moscow "1930 Moscow" announced the upcoming closure. This is stated in the club's message on the social network page.

The message clarifies that the club has reached the next deadline for extending the site lease agreement.

"At the last moment, the management of the Plant named after him. Vladimir Ilyich has given us updated (and impossible) requirements. In addition to the new financial part, there is also a clause, for example, on the complete dismantling of all VIP floors, which makes the existence of the site economically impossible, " the publication says.

The club emphasizes that the landlord refused to renew the contract, although the most unthinkable conditions were offered.

"Thus, the Mona concert on August 30 will be the last concert at the 1930 Moscow Club. And already in mid—September we will finally leave this space," the site's management warns.

At the same time, the club staff does not intend to say goodbye to its guests and promises to move all previously scheduled concerts to other stages.

"Only together we made 1930 Moscow one of the leading concert clubs in Moscow. And we believe that we will meet again soon at a new venue," the club concluded.

The 1930 Moscow Club opened in 2019. This is a four-storey concert venue in the center of Moscow with professional equipment. The hall is located in the historical building of the forge, which was built in 1930. The site is designed for 2.5 thousand people.

As EADaily reported, in July 2024 it became known that the Propaganda club was closing in Moscow after 27 years of work. The reason for the closure of the club was not called. The famous cafe "People like people" was also closed.
