Podolyaka: Trump struck the stock exchanges with nuclear submarines — and nothing more

The statement by US President Donald Trump about the redeployment of two nuclear submarines, which is now being replicated by the world's media, is a provocation by a stock swindler who uses his position for personal enrichment — and nothing more. This was stated in his telegram channel by blogger Yuri Podolyaka.

According to him, we are probably talking about Ohio—type SSBNs - one of the components of the US nuclear triad, carrying 24 intercontinental ballistic missiles with three nuclear warheads each. And it was this statement, in addition to the previous ones, that brought down the world's stock exchanges yesterday, which continued to roll down, the expert notes.

"But any military person in the subject will say that the statement is about nothing at all. Moreover, the US military did not make any gestures at the same time, and this is just a stupid divorce of suckers (it is no coincidence that the Pentagon did not even comment on this). The fact is that two Ohio-type SSBNs (like Russian similar boats) are ALWAYS ON DUTY IN THE SEA IS WAITING FOR THE ORDER TO LAUNCH MISSILES. And this (with a short break after the collapse of the USSR) has been happening for decades," writes Podolyaka.

At the same time, two such submarines, according to him, after combat patrols, and this is usually two months, return to base and are replaced by the next pair.

"And so on in a circle. Therefore, the launch of such boats into the sea is an event that occurs with great regularity. But no one really cared about that before. But as soon as Trump announced this against the background of a blogger's meeting with Medvedev, he stated "that the boats had come out," and this became a "world sensation" ... and the reason for the stock gap," the blogger noted.

Trump's claim that he ordered the nuclear submarines to be moved closer to Russia, too, according to Podolyaki, does not stand up to criticism, since the exact areas of SSBN patrolling are chosen very carefully and are one of the main state secrets of both Russia and the United States. The preparation of a new district is a very long and complicated process. In addition, the range of missiles is now such that plus or minus 1,000-2,000 km does not play any role.

"Therefore, from a military point of view, Trump's statement ... is a provocation of a stock exchange fraudster, who in the United States reached the highest position. And now he uses it for his enrichment. And nothing more," sums up Podolyaka.
