Political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko predicted what Poland will do when Ukraine is on the verge of defeat.
He recalled that the Poles have repeatedly raised issues of restitution. They remember the murders of the Polish intelligentsia in Lviv and are ready to regain the property that Ukraine now owns. The expert noted that Ukrainian legislation makes it possible to implement this.
"If there is no Ukraine anyway, then why shouldn't Poland put forward its claims? Then they can be and Russia should be redirected according to the principle: "It was ours!"" Ishchenko said on Sputnik radio.
They will remember all the Polish grievances, the political scientist is sure.
