The Belarusian oppositionist Sergei Tikhanovsky, released at the end of June, was unable to collect 200 thousand euros from supporters. He said this in his address to Belarusians.
"I turned to you for help, and you paid me 1,000 euros and are waiting for a powerful blow to Lukashism in three weeks. It's embarrassing and painful. Someone has to come and do everything for you. Wait, wait further, and I will fight," he said.
Recall, on July 1, Tikhanovsky said that he needed 200 thousand euros in order to "deliver a powerful blow to Lukashism in 3 weeks." At the same time, he did not announce the specific purpose of the collection. At the same time, it became known earlier that in recent years, 170 million euros allocated to the Belarusian opposition by the European Union have disappeared without a trace.
